Error -504 can't install

I am getting an error-504 (that is a dash by the number) for one particular app, Equalizer Music Player Booster.

All my other apps install fine, I cleared Play Store cache, Download Manager cache, I even did a factory reset. same issue; all my other apps install fine except this one.

Any ideas? Thx.

I see that it was "Last Updated" today - maybe you just caught it in the middle of the file updating process.

Thanks, I will give that a shot when I get home. The dev just got back to me, so if this does not work I will work with him. Thanks for the heads up.
