Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 SM-T800
Android version 6.0.1

Tablet has been reset multiple times. SD card unmounted & removed.
Cleared cache to both Google Play store & Google Play services multiple times (restarting tablet also).

Nothing is working. Unable to install apps from Google Play. I've even tried creating a new Google account but still unsuccessful. Error 960 still occurs.

I had also sent tablet off to Samsung authorised repairer - they had it for 2 weeks and they reported corrupted software - and they (apparently) upgraded it to latest available software.

Still getting Error 960 and unable to install apps. I can install apps from Galaxy app store though. I haven't put SD card back in yet.

I called Google and they could not help me! Live chat with Samsung for 3 hours with remote login support and still not fixed!!! All Samsung could offer me was to wait until Google release an udate to Google Play - grrr!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Welcome to Android Central! Have you tried this on multiple wi-fi networks?
