Yes sorry for the late response this just happend to me last night. First you need to turn your mobile data off and then back on. After that you turn airplane mode on then off. restart your phone and you should be able to update your prl and profile again

I keep getting the error and Sprint can't help. See attached pic above. I have noticed my Visual VM does not work either. I tried the thing Eric posted. was that a goose chase?
I had the same issue. I unchecked the "WiFi only" for download updates and I was able to update. Not sure if it works for everybody but it looks like it solved the issue.
