trying to use phone, pressing contact with no results then I get this message: "com.android.phone is: not responding" then asks whether to wait or stop it. How do I fix this. worse part of a smart phone is when the PHONE part doesn't work!

do you mean a factory reset? I have restarted a few times, still doing it
