Error message it is not possible to obtain device certificate?

error message it is not possible to obtain device certificate

Can anyone help me with the error message I'm getting when I try to sync music to my Samsung S4 Mini please?

"It is not possible to obtain the device's certificate. Please contact the device manufacturer for a firmware update or for other steps to resolve this problem."

I've been able to download it from the CD to my laptop but can't get it from there to my phone.
