Error Message - No Internet Connection.

I pretty frequently get an error message pop-up that says "No Internet Connection. Please ensure you are in a wireless connected area". I get this message whether I am on WiFi or just using cellular data. This message pops up when I am fully connected to the internet and I don't actually experience any network issues; the only problem is that the pop-up is an annoyance. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a fix or workaround?

I have had this happen with various phones and tablets and, at least for me, rebooting my router clears up the problem.

Unfortunately, it's not happening only when I'm at home. It also happens randomly on my 4G connection, when WiFi is turned off.
