Error message on Samsung S10 "Security Policy prevents Camera use

Samsung s10 on 9/23/20 phone camera turns off as soon as I open it. "Security policy prevents use of camera" is the message I get when it turns off my camera. My voice to text stopped working, my Google assistant can listen but my voice is blocked. My screen rotation doesn't work without a lot of messing with it. I have done all the Samsung suggestions but it didn't fix anything. They are recommending a factory reset. The phone is less than 6 months old.

Do you have developer option on ? If you mess with setting there turn sensor off it will display that security

From what I've read about this issue, the Nikon Snapbridge app can be the cause of it if you have that installed. If you don't, a factory reset may be your only option.
