All I did was unlock my galaxy tab 3 lite and the error appeared. Can someone help????!!!!!!!

I think something is wrong at Samsung. Have a Mega and an S4 that started this 1-21 when i try to access recent apps.

Same here on both mine and my mom's note 2. Very annoying. I factory reset abs the problem is still happening
