Error message when I click software update

Like the title says I keep getting this error message when I click the software update on the phone I have no idea what it means . I've attached a picture of the message. Any help would be appreciated.

It happens to me also sometimes if try a few times or later hoes back to normal.

Have you tried it couple more times should tell you up to date or there's a update?

I forget which carrier your on ? Sprint?

It says I'm up to date. I'm on att. I don't know if there is another update .I was just checking for the mess if it. I sideloaded csc1 March security.

I know. I was just wondering if that error is why I'm not getting any updates.
