Error Moving File or Folder A device attached to the system is not functioning.

I've found several post regarding "Error Moving File or Folder A device attached to the system is not functioning." but so far none have resolved my issue. I have a Samsung Note 8 in the past I could copy or move pictures from my phone (pictures are stored on the SD card) to my PC by connecting the Phone to the PC via USB cable. Once connected I could open the windows file manager and copy/move pictures from the SD card to my PC. Now when I attempt I get "Error Moving File or Folder A device attached to the system is not functioning." I've tried rebooting the phone, the PC, use different USB ports, different USB cables, updating the drivers. The issue only occurs when copying/moving pictures from Galaxy Note8\Card\DCIM\Camera of if I attempt to delete something in that folder from my PC.
On the SD card, I also have my audiobooks in Galaxy Note8\Card\Audiobooks\_Books and I have no issues with adding/deleting files in that folder from my PC.

I wouldn't choose copy only move, if that doesn't work try your SD card in the computer but u need a SD card reader otherwise sounds like issues with SD card .
