error registering device with shop samsung app

So I got the $99 bundle with no problems but today I went into the shop samsung app and checked my samsung products and my s8 plus is not listed. I tried to enroll it by putting in my purchase date and imei and it gave me an error? Has anyone else got theirs to register?

I'm not sure exactly how, if just logging into the app does it, but I'd bet if you log into your account through Samsung in a browser and look at your registered devices, it will be listed.

I had the same problem, but sure enough, they are there without my input, and they also don't show through my app either.
