error screen when trying to download the new software update

So I try to download the new software update for the thunderbolt And after I press ok it gets an error screen I try calling Verizon C S But they just told me to try tomorow Have any if you guys had this problems Or can you help me with this problem

If your not rooted and you haven't done anything to you phone (stock) then the update just hasn't made it there yet.. It will come soon.

I got some sever not available messages, I just waited until later in the evening to do it. Got it fine then.
