Error When updating APP

All,
Recently i ntoiced few of my app are unable to update on the play store. The following msg is received when i select to update an app "update for "app name here" could not be downloaded due to an error (error retrieving information from server)[RPC:S-5:AEC-0]

I had this problem with Google Maps right when I got the 4.3 update. Since Ive been waiting on 4.3 so I could do a factory reset, I just reset my phone and the problem went away

Did you clear Google framework to force the ota?

Remove and re add all your Google accounts. Annoying problem that I got when clearing Google services framework, but reading my accounts fixed it.

Is this what causes this..?? Its happening with my nexus 4 and 7.

Yes clearing the framework causes that error for the N7 and N4

Yes but it easily fixed by going to

settings>account>google

and then remove the account and sign in again. Just make sure everything is synced and backed up before you do it.
