Error with Google Play - Won't download/update

Here is the screenshot.
I already tried clearing the Play Store cache and Force Quitting, and also restarted the phone. And still nothing.

Any advice?

Sounds like the problem is on Google's end. I would just wait and try again later.

Try logging out of your Google account on the phone and then logging back in.

Is it just that app or all apps? If all apps I would follow the above suggestion. Remove your Google account from the phone and re add it

This is why they tell you not to do that. For these exact kinds of reasons.

Uninstall the app and re-download. That should fix it for that app. But you may still have play store issues.

Log out of Google account, clear PlayStore app data, reboot, log back in, launch play store, if it doesn't load, reboot a second time.
