errors 110 & 24

error 110 & 24 when downloading apks from google app store,
if one succeeds its gone the next day,
also I get "your phone was designed to block apps" what gives??

Welcome to Android Central! What do you mean when you say if one succeeds, it's gone the next day? The installed app is no longer installed the next day? Which phone do you have?

Try going to Settings>Apps>All, select Google Play Store, and tap Clear Cache/Clear Data and Force Stop. Do the same for Download Manager. Now try again.
