Errors installing DroidRootHelper

[AllGood]

When using AndExplore to install the apk for DroidRootHelper i get the error, "There is a problem parsing the package."

Astro has the error "Could not open /sdcard/DroidRootHelper.apk as APK file."

I know the file is good because it is the one I used when i originally rooted my Droid. I am running DroidMod 1.0 currently.
