Just like the thread title says, I have noticed my ESPN Alerts stopped texting me once I put on GB. I have tried to re-add alerts, edit my number, and setup through both my phone and the PC. Anyone else notice this issue?

I don't have that problem but I have noticed that my emails don't push to the device...I am sure that the basis of these problems related. I can get my emails but I have to go into the email and the magically appear with an alert. If I check the time of the messages they are from a few hours prior.

bump....

I have tried re-installing the scorecenter app.

I have tried to get the alerts sent to a different phone (Droid 1).

I have tried getting them sent to my google voice number.

Anyone else having this problem with ESPN Alerts not working? This is starting to get annoying... Any help would be awesome.

Make sure your X is set to receive data...
Settings > Data Manager > Data delivery -- checks in all options there

Then, just in case, go to ...
Settings > Accounts > your gmail account -- checks in all sync options. You can hit menu at any time and do a manual sync or let it auto-sync on its own.

From this point on, you should get all email, alerts, contact/calendar updates (that you make in either the X or your computer's Gmail)

Everything was checked already. The widget seems to work fine as well. I just want to get the text message alerts back.
