Should those asking a question need to fill out a form that states what their device is, what OS it's running and who is their carrier/provider before they can post.

I'd hate to be a mod here and have to take all these question that have practically no information, it's like they believe you can read minds

It seem nothing in android is easy to implement.
What? You lost me there. This has nothing to do with Android, it's about how this forum is designed and allowing people to ask questions without creating an account. I think it's a good idea and, of course, it would be even better if they include as much information as possible.

It seem nothing in android is easy to implement. should have been "It seem nothing about android is easy to implement." This site is about android.

Meaning the amount of phones released with bugs.

You lost me again. What are you talking about? Android Central is part of Mobile Nations as iMore, Windows Central or Crackberry are. This has nothing to do with Android, it's how Mobile Nations designed their forums.

All phones have bugs -- even Apple. That's not new to phones it's simply software. What matters is how fast can the company fix it :).

I would have thought it would have been faster than how long it took to put my hand in my pocket, as in before , but I guess we all have a different take on how long things should take.

Not sure what you mean. If you mean it should be patched instantaneous well.. that's just not realistic.

I don't want an argument, but is it realistic that people should pay big money for devices that don't do what they're supposed to do?

It sucks but that's the nature of software not just phones. No software is perfect and to think one can be produced just isn't realistic.

There's a big difference between good and bad, some software is just plain bad, if it were closer to good it would be helpful.

Depends which phone you buy. Some never get updates so yep they're bad. Others get consistent updates so it isn't.
