Essential Phone Problem

I have a couple issues to share following my experience with Android Q Beta.

The option of opting out when ever and it should send the update for previous version within 24 hours to wipe the phone never happened for me. And when making a manual Factory Reset after opting out of the said Beta Program, and once my phone restarted I would of thought that my PH-1 would be back to Android Pie, it wasn't and still had the pop up saying "This product is enrolled for the Android Q Beta Program" even after 3 to 4 Factory Resets.

Now with the release of Android 10, I would of thought that I would have "Graduated from the Beta program like it was so explained on this AndroidCentral Website." Never happened and I still haven't received the latest update to Android 10 version. I am stuck on Android Q Beta 6 update from August 5 2019.

I have been told that it is a problem with my device or carrier (koodo).

I know that I am not the only one, I just haven't found a proper response to these problems. Even tried Fastbooting and OTA to earlier versions didn't work for me.

Thank you.

1. Factory Reset is "remove all the apps and data I've installed". It doesn't "reset to the previous version of Android".

Try going to the site and opting out again.

2. Send both these problems as feedback. That's what the beta is for - to get feedback about problems.

At very worst, you'll have to flash stock 10 yourself - see http://www.99mediasector.com/how-to-flash-stock-rom-on-essential-phone-flash-file-tool/ If you don't issue

fastboot –w

you won't lose your files, data or apps.
