Please help-I have Xperia z - I can call and receive calls and texts from a friend but their phone doesn't receive my sms - even though my message status says sent. Only started when friend got another phone - not a smart phone. However friend receives texts from other smartphones. Could anyone shed some light please? Thank u

This is usually a carrier issue. Do other people receive your texts? If so the problem is on your friend's end and they should contact their carrier. If they cannot receive your texts you should contact your carrier.
