Every single sensor stopped working

Hi, 2 days ago every sensor stopped working on ky galaxy s6 flat (auto rotation not working, auto brightness not working, proximity sensor n.w, etc.)
somebody could help me?

Did they really stop working or is the tool you are using incorrect?

If the tool, it could have been broken by a recent update.

If the sensors are really not working, 1) what have you recently installed? 2) have you forced a reboot and tried again? 3) Did you try booting into safe mode and see if they are still not working?

To boot safe mode, turn phone on, hold power button until Power Off banner appears, long-press on Power Off banner until Boot safe mode button appears.

The sensors aren't working for real.
I installled nothing but updates. I tried to reboot normally and in safe mode but nothing changed :/

Sounds like a hardware failure then. You had better contact your carrier or Samsung...

Well ... As of this point , it's good to try a factory reset ..
and do Rom flash back to original .. then go from there ..

You might have to try to Factory reset first ...

Download Samsung smart switch and do a full back up just in case .

The worst case that you have to mess with flashing if you don't know much about it ..
