Every system app stopped working?

I use a localized version of BluLife Play, I have root and cwm, but I use stock rom and kernel. Yesterday I installed Poweramp, and when I figured out something's wrong (Android UI, Settings, Camera, Clock, Messaging... stopped working) I uninstalled it using Clean Master (since I can't use App Settings) and still, the apps didn't work. I can flash stock rom again, but if you know a way around without flash, please help.
