Every time my phone powers off /restarts, battery drops 8+%

Anyone else have this problem? Every time I turn my phone off and back on or restart it, the battery literally just drops about 10 %. What is causing this? There's no way thats how much power it takes to boot up...

Edit: should also note that I am rooted using Das Bamf Rom 1.2 and kernel.

Mine drops on restartes also. First time 6%, second time 4%, third and more just 1% each time, then wait 60 mins and startes at 6% again. Mine is not rooted but have extended battery.

I noticed that too. Probably because of the battery draining thunder/lightening into :-/

Well you are rebooting a phone. I am not surprised the battery goes down. The same would happen with a laptop or anything like that.
