EVO 3D and GO SMS Pro issues

i didn't like the way the stock app showed the phone number on every incoming SMS Message, so i got GO SMS Pro (which i used on the NS4G flawlessly), my issues are:

1) when scrolling up or down either portrait or landscape the app lags, a lot... it is not smooth and i am wondering if it too much for the EVO 3D to handle., anyone else with issue?

2) CMDA networks require SMS messages to be split if they are longer than 160 characters. Well, i also have that option activated on the GO SMS Pro app under the SEND SETTINGS. but when i do send a long SMS the other person doesn't receive anything, just a blank message, and when i deactivate that function the the other person gets all kinds of symbols instead of letters.... what could be the problem?

Glad I read this thread... I believe the same thing happened to me on my NS4G. A friend of mine kept asking me why I was talking in code. I thought it was her, but I guess it's a Go SMS Pro thing as it happened on my NS4G.

I been using GoSMS Pro since I got the EVO 3D on Friday. I have no problems at all with it. It works just like it did on the EVO 4G. I did reformat the phone after all the updates and that seemed to fix a lot of problems with the phone.
