Evo 3D- no landscape mode while editing/adding contacts (people)

Should my EVO 3D be able to switch to landscape mode when editing contacts? If not, is there an app that I can download so I can? I keep hitting the wrong keys.

Mine doesn't rotate either. I'm not sure of an app for that.

Crazy, isn't it? I have EVO 3d. Latest tech bla bla bla. Yet I have to use that tiny keyboard for contacts because won't rotate. My G1 ver 1.6 did. I've concluded most devs are half genius, half idiot

If your using the stock keyboard try calibrating it if you haven't already. Major improvement.

Menu>Settings>Language & Keyboard>Touch Input>Text Input>Calibration Tool.

This is one of the downsides to sense, no landscape.

Tried the recalibrate. Still no Landscape For Contacts. HELLO HTC! Wake up & take note. Then FIX!
