Depends... I know the Samsung Galaxy S II is out in Europe already, but that is kind of what Samsung does... However they also do their cellphones differently if I'm not mistaken, for example, I think they pay full retail for handsets. I suppose someone who knows more will chime in if I am wrong though.

Well usually a lot of phones are anounced in Europe before they get announced (and usually renamed) over here, but this time around, Sprint was the first one to introduce the Evo 3d to the world, so you would think we'll get it first as well.

From my understanding Sprint is under agreement with HTC to carry the "EVO" line for 5 years. I can't see another carrier , even overseas to get an EVO branded product before Sprint. And I was hinted too the release date will be June 5th ish. ( by a sprint emp)
