EVO 4G - How do you rollback or remove the first OTA Upgrade?

Is it possible to rollback or remove the first OTA Upgrade to ensure a better fondation for the new OTA that wont brick your phone?

If you really wanted to do that, you could flash this first, but I'm not sure it's really necessary or would accomplish a better result.

I you did the first OTA (June 28th?) successfully, you don't need to do the second (June 29th). Content wise, they are identical.
