Evo 4G upload speed increased

I just did a speed test and got 9.8 MB down and 1.59 MB up
Never seen my upload that high before.

I had 1 bar of 4g service.. it was my first time using 4g on this EVO and I got a lil over 1.4 mbps up. Was it throttled to a max of 1mpbs before??

Upload was capped at 1mbps before. They raised it to 1.5mbps on June 10th.
