EVO froyo still no LED notifications?

So I usechompSMS and i loaded the leaked froyo build that came out last friday and the different color LED notifications still dont work. Has anyone else gotten this to work. I am trying to get blue LED notifications for texts.

Any help would be appreciated thanks!

The EVO just has green and amber LEDs, so blue ain't ever going to happen. At least with Handcent's latest update, you can pick between them to set the alert color, so I've made the texts have an amber alert - no, not the missing child thing - instead of the stock green so I can tell what's waiting.

What you are asking for is impossible on the Evo. As far as I know, the Evo doesn't have a Blue LED, only green and amber (orange).

Further, I get LED notifications on my Evo with Handsent SMS on 2.1, so I think it depends on the app, not the OS.

Can confirm that the handcent LED works on the rooted Froyo that I got from XDA.

As someone earlier said...you can give up on the blue LED.

Also to add ... In handcent you can not only pick your notification light ( green or amber ) but also the notification flash speed ... so you can have the same amber notification for sms and email but sms may flash every 2 seconds and the email every 1/2 second.

It's be cool if we could reassign the color and rate of ALL notifications. If we can set different ring tones for each account, why not flash color/speed?
