Evo lte video playback

I noticed that my Evo Lte is playing back video in portrait mode even though I shot it in landscape mode. This is very annoying and it's causing me to mess up a lot of good videos. I would've thought it was just me but I also noticed that on a coworkers Evo Lte. This has to be a software issue. I noticed that I haven't seen any complaints about this on the forums. Is this happening to anyone else?

Make sure that when you're shooting that you are definitely in landscape because sometimes the phone wont recognize that you're shooting in landscape so it will shoot in portrait instead. The software buttons on the right side should be correctly oriented.
