Evo not connecting to 3g

The other day, a pop up came up on my phone, and said that Evo is known to have an issue with streaming services. It instructed me to call Sprint to have it resolved. I did and they had me clear my data information and redownload my PRL and profile settings. Everything was working then. But today, my 3g will not connect. Whenever I try to then it on, it says "turning on" but never connects. Is this happening to anyone else? My 4g and wifi are working correctly. I have updated my PRL and profile several times. Any ideas?
