Exchange 2007 and Active Sync

I have hosted Exchange 2007 and Active sync working almost perfectly with this phone.
I only have one problem.

If I create a contact in Outlook OR Webmail, it will sync with my phone.
If I create a contact on my phone, it will not sync with Outlook/Exchange/Webmail.

Never an issue on my old BES server. I have Active Sync set to sync contacts, mail and calendar.
I have about 380 contacts, so there's no limit issue, especially since I can add them in Outlook and have them show in my phone a few moments later.

Anything else I should check?
BTW, I have all Facebook sync turned off...no linking, etc.

NM...found it.
When adding a contact, you have field contact type.
You need to make sure that says the Exchange Active Sync...
That's twice now I posted a questions after digging for half a day on something. Then after posting...I found the answer in 10 minutes.
Sorry all...hopefully someone can learn from this.
