Exchange ActiveSync Issues

I am having an issue with my work Exchange ActiveSync account. If I receive a meeting/appointment notice (Outlook) and accept it on my phone, the appointment will disappear from my phone calendar, but does show on my Outlook calendar on my computer. If I accept it on my computer, it WILL show up on my phone.

I had this issue about 3 weeks ago, and Verizon's solution was a hard reset. Has anyone else had this problem and is there another solution. I have allot of apps and a reset is a pain in the a**.
