exchange calendar not syncing

So I have deleted and removed my exchange account over and over again. The mail and contacts sync but I get a conversion error when I sync the calendar part. I cleaned out the calendar deleted all entries so it could repopulate and still conversion error. My settings are correct it has to be my phone.

Anyone ever seen this or know how to fix?

For me, I found that the Touchdown application synced with our Exchange server the best and has not had any problems in the few months that I've used it. It's worth its cost.

Not sure what that is about, but go here to read about the version you should download: Downloading TouchDown. I love touchdown. Best $20.00 I've spent for a phone app.

Have DInc with 2.2 then Factory Reset and Exchange sync account works absolutely perfect 100%. If you have not done a factory reset, do it, it will amaze you in many ways, speed increases and everything works like it should!!

Thanks all thinking about that factory reset. I for Touchdown loaded and it is good so at just wish it would show my meetings with my launcherpro calendar widget. Thanks y'all.
