Exchange email auto-advance

Just taken delivery of HTC One from T-Mobile UK. Love it! But one thing I can't find on Jelly Bean (compared to my old HTC Sensation) are the auto-advance settings in Exchange email. This is the option that configures it to open the next email, the previous email or return to the conversation list when you delete an email. Searched through the settings but can't find it. The option is present in Goggle email just not in Exchange mail. I really miss it as I get a lot of email and being able to quickly read them, press delete and then advance is a feature I'd miss.
