Exchange email sync not working this AM

Hi, all! Using MyTouch 4g with Exchange Server 2k3 on the back end...

Phone has been sync'ing correctly (mail, calendar, contacts) for a couple weeks now using the stock application, and this morning email stopped sync'ing. Calendar and contacts are syncing correctly. I've deleted the Exchange account on the device and set up again twice. Server creds are correct, and domain account is not locked. No changes on back-end config; iPhones are sync'ing correctly with same settings.

Suggestions? Thanks!

I would check two things:

If possible, can you go to the webmail version of your email (exchange) and check mobile settings, delete the phone, then recreate all from scratch?

Check with your email admins to see if something changed that they could assist with.

Not saying that I know what your company does on the back end, but offering suggestions based upon how our company operates that stuff.
