Exchange issue with listening to voicemail

I have my company Outlook account link to my new ET4G. It works fine, but today I got an email alert that I received a voicemail. At work my voicemail goes to my email and I can open the email and listen to it, or if I am on the road, I used to be able to download the voicemail file and listen to it (former Evo 4G owner). But when I click on the button that says "View Entire Email", it sits and downloads for ages...I actullay let it sit there and "download" for an hour before stopping it.

So far that has happened twice, do you think this may be an issue with my email or the phone's capability to download .wav files?

Can anyone speak on this? Has anyone else had issues with this? My voicemail comes into my outlook email via a .wav file...when I hit "view entire email" and it just spins...nothing ever happens.

I really need help so I can get my voicemail from the road...
