Exchange?

Got my Moto X and I'm not digging the wood back. Do they still do the one exchange if you don't like your design and if I downgrade it to the plastic back so they refund the $25 difference?

People have had inconsistent experience with Motorola's customer service. My suggestion would be to call them and see what they say. Its my understanding that if you have had the phone for less than 14 days you should be able to get your money back. I would think that you should be able to do an exchange as well. The only people that can tell you that for sure is Motorola.

They still do it but you're probably better off requesting a return on your original and buying a new one. Then waiting to ship it back until the new one arrives I believe you have 30 days to ship it back (should be easy to confirm with the return instructions) but only 14 days after delivery to initiate the return. Otherwise you'll be phoneless while you wait.
