Exchanged Droid X for Droid 2...Order Question

So I exchanged my fiance' Droid X for the Droid 2.

I called last week to make the exchange and didn't hear back from a VZW rep; so I called multiple times to get the order placed just incase it went out of stock.

So after 3 calls they said the only person that will place the order is the original Supervisor which was out till this past Saturday. He called me and stated he would place the order.

Received the the new Droid 2 yesterday via Fedex no issue...the question is there is another order coming which should arrive today that is not even showing in the VZW system (called and asked if there were 2 orders placed and he said no only the one we received).

What should I do? There is an evil side and a good side...if its another Droid 2 does that mean its a free phone? Will they do an audit at some point and find out they shipped me an extra phone thats not showing in the system?

I will most likely send it back so I don't get charged but have any of you experienced this before?

Did you already give your X back? If not, it is a return shipping box. If you did, some D2 buyers are getting wrist bands or some such swag. I'm guessing it's one of these.
