Exchanging the first TB

Love my TB. Got it Monday and everything has been great until today when I tried to load Google voice. Phone would not load it so I went back to Visual Voice Mail and it was gone. Spent about 30 minutes with tech support and they said I need to exchange the phone as they could not fix it. Oh well.

Already did a factory reset with tech support. Didn't work.
