Exclusive Colors Delayed 5-6 Weeks!

Before it was saying 3-4 weeks. Now it's changed to 5-6 weeks and the red color is sold out now...

I don't think Samsung was prepared for it all. I'm surprised as much as this phone was hyped up and the colors. I knew they'd have trouble with demand. Even though I went with black, the red one looks amazing.
 
My phone doesn't have a estimated date now but all of the stuff I ordered with my credit is saying March 8th
 
I honestly don't think this is anything new with Samsung. In past models it feels there has always been something like this... wait on colors... or wait forever for 512GB Note 10s or something like that. They announce a large storage model or color but won't commit enough units. The 512GB Notes definitely I remember... they announce the model but you have to wait months until they produce a batch.

Even release day colors White and Green are currently out of stock. Burgundy is now March 18th. Only the black is still available for pre order. .
 
I recall conversations happening well before the launch in regards to possible delays due to component part availability due to the unprecedented times we all find ourselves in so I'm not thst surprised in regards to probable delays.

I appreciate having a custom colour can carry it's own unique delivery schedule.
 
Yeah I'm waiting for my tax refund check to come. Supposed to come by 2/16. I was going to get the sky blue and don't really want any if the other colors. But right now sky blue showing as sold out in all storage sizes. Hopefully that will change when I can order. If not oh well lol.
 
Just checked my delivery time and it's giving me 14/03 so still around 4 weeks for the Red phone.
 
Right now mine is saying 3/8. I ordered the Sky Blue. But it's strange because it's only giving the estimated date in the invoice but not on the main order page

is there a delivery time listed on the order section?
 
I got the unlocked red 512 it said 5 weeks, I figured that was because of the crappy order process and I just got pushed behind. I just checked my order today it now reads 'CUSTOMIZING YOUR GALAXY S22 ULTRA, 512GB (UNLOCKED)' so I think something is in process. Prior to that it just read 'preorder'. I feel better seeing that.

That's what mine says now as well, "CUSTOMIZING YOUR GALAXY S22 ULTRA"
 
Mine says Customizing your order as well but the Cancel Button is still there and money is still pending in my account.
 
I ordered skyblue 512 on launch day. With same customizing message. And on my invoice says expect delivery by 3/8

I just sign in to the Samsung shop Web page and then hit orders and all the info comes up.
