Exporting files from Nexus 10 to hard drive

Does anyone know how I can move downloaded files from my nexus to my hard drive?

connect nexus 10 to pc using USB cable.

go to settings-->storage-->menu[3 dots]-->usb mass storage-->check MTP.

my computer copy paste files.

If you have a wifi router, ES file Explorer when set up can move files from the Nx10 to your PC and from the PC to the Nx10.
