Extended battery - battery indicator %

Hi all
I just got a new extended battery 6500 mah, but the indicator % is all wrong.
I used my phone from 100% to 3% with 4h SOT. But after that, my phone kept going on with 2h SOT more before it died completely.
Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks a lot.

Hey, just to update this (by myself). I drained the battery a couple of times, before doing the full charging overnight. After a few days doing so, now the battery is much better. It can hold a charge with ~7 hrs of SOT. Attached pic is for usage today.
