extended battery?

To sum it up... I just got my gf a tbolt and she hates her battery life and d does not want to root...So from reading some of the threads it looks like the slim extended batteries are a waste which is a bummer... what have you guys heard about the bigger batteries? Worth it? Or should I just change out my gf's tbolt to a charge?

I would recommend the official Verizon (HTC) extended battery which offers double the battery life. Just like any other extended battery, it adds a bit of bulk but it's worth it if the battery life isn't up to her standards. I used the Charge at a local Verizon store and I couldn't stand the interface or the feel of the phone. I'm a huge Samsung fan (have 4 LED televisions), but their phones are mediocre at best.
