External Hard Drive

Hi folks,

I have an external hard drive, should I just be able to plug it in via USB and be able to view my photos/films etc?
If so, I can't! Can anyone help?

no u need 3.1 nor 3.0 for external drives

Also, the Iconia is meant to read FAT/FAT32 drives. I think 3.1 brings support for more filesystems.

You don't need 3.1 for external drives. I've been running it on my since day one.
