When you say "external lens" I guess you mean the glass over the camera lens?

Because a real external lens comes with a mount that you cab add and remove from the phone and easily sway different lenses into...


So if you want to replace the glass, just heat it with a hair dryer or heat gun. Peel the old one off and adhere a new one.
