Can a Droid 2 receive inputs from an external sensor by using a cable?
I am trying to find a way to time short events using a Droid. On a computer I use a mechanical contact to start a timer and stop time with a photo cell. I measure time to the nearest .001 second. The timer apps I down load will work to 3 decimal places, but I don't know if an external contact can trigger a start and stop.
The events I wish to time generally run between .020 and .090 seconds.
