Is there any word that Motorola will be selling extra bands on their website? All they currently sale are bands for 2014 model.

I believe they will. If not directly, from 3rd parties. It's actually more likely the 3rd parties will have them available first, though.

While we wait for more quick-change bands, it's quite easy to get 22mm nylon and other standard bands and either use 22mm watch band pounds that come with many of them, or buy additional 22mm pounds for the inevitable load of one or more.

I hope so because right now the only two leather bands are brown (coniac) and black. I really want a grey one like I had before. I bought the silver/brown 42mm yesterday, and it looks OK, but it isn't quite dressy enough for what I typically want. The grey/taupe one was a good balance between casual and dressy.
