Face Unlock When Eyes are Closed

I just noticed that you I can unlock my ohine with my eyes closed. Did the Android 10 update make it any more secure?

Your doesn't have the option to require open eyes? Mine does and it won't unlock with my eyes closed.

I'm not sure but I've had it before the Jan update. It was either the biometrics patch or the one UI 2.0 update. Here is my latest biometrics patch versions

I never payed attention , I always use the fingerprint sensor just curious .

I didn't know about the open eye option, enabled it now, thanks for pointing it out ??????

Wow, dang! Never noticed this! I just enabled eyes to be opened.

Amazingly, eyes can be closed to open the phone if this feature is not enabled. That's a bit unnerving.

Mine doesnt work with eyes closed....

You should have seen me sitting at work closing my eyes and putting my phone in my face. My students were just staring at me

I found it. I'm still on 9
