Facebook and 3.1

After receiving my 3.1 OS upgrade, I received a Friend Me app update notfication. When I tried updating the app, it failed with an error message I can't recall. I thought I can fix this by simply uninstalling and reinstall, but it was a no go. Market told me that something is missing.

Then I notice that Facebook went missing on My Apps listing. I thought Freind Me requires Facebook to be present so I went to Setting - Application - Manage Application and uninstall Facebook, trying to reinstall.

To my horror, I can't find Facebook on Market, and went through the web version of Market to locate it. It says the app is incompatible with the iconia and can't install it. The same goes for Friend Me, which is quite ridiculous as it is optimised for Honeycomb.

So now with 2 mistaken uninstall, I lost Facebook and Friend Me on my iconia.

Anyone can advise me how to fix this ? Or point me to where I can manully download the apk files for these 2 apps.

I managed to install Friend Me finally this morning, ironically after I submitted the previous message. But I still can't find Facebook from Market. Looks like after the 3.1 upgrade, Market simply filter out all incompatible apps.

i couldn't find FB on the market before the 3.1 update. I think it is a honeycomb issue with Facebook still not fully comp. It is listed in my application list just not in my android market list....

I can find FB on Market before 3.1, as a matter of fact, I installed FB from Market. It may have been taken off sometime later but I only found out after the 3.1 upgrade.

So if you can't find FB on Market, how did you managed to install it ?
